Citizenship Refusal and Appeal
If you have received a refusal of your citizenship application, you may chose to file an appeal at the Federal Court if there is an error in the decision. Not every refusal should be appealed, in some cases, if the application you submitted was not strong and complete, it might be best to re-file with a complete application. Should the citizenship appeal be granted, the file will be sent back to the citizenship judge for a re-determination.
