Entry Package

If you are entering Canada as a visitor or a Permanent Resident of Canada, you might consider having an Entry Package with you in the event that you are questioned by Canada Border Services Agency. In some cases, if you have a complex immigration history, previous refusals, flags or if you have failed to meet the residency requirements, an Entry Package with a legal submission letter and supporting documentation can go a long way in facilitating your entry to Canada. An Entry Package can also be very helpful for foreign nationals who are entering Canada as visitors wishing to visit their Canadian or Permanent Resident partner.

Watch our Youtube video below to find out if you should consider an Entry Package to facilitate your entry into Canada.
