As you have met the basic requirements for spousal sponsorship, we now welcome you to book your free 30 minutes appointment in order for us to review the specific circumstances of your case and determine if you meet all other requirements of this category. During this appointment we will also explain to you the process of a spousal sponsorship and how our office can assist you.

This questionnaire needs to be completed in order for us to book your appointment. Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we will review and should we determine that there are issues which would not render your case a straightforward one, we will reach out in order to schedule a paid appointment.
