There is no rule period of time which you need to wait before re-applying. If you wish, you could re-apply immediately after obtaining a refusal. However, we recommend that if you chose to re-apply following a refusal, you do so carefully. You will need to carefully address the reasons for your refusal in your next application and ensure you get the proper legal advice to submit strong documentation in order to avoid another refusal. A refusal usually always remains on your immigration history and this can affect the immigration officer’s future decision.
